How it works
A helper tells a short story or problem. The leader listens, repeats the key details, and asks one helpful question.
- Choose a scenario or ask your helper to make one up.
- Listen without interrupting until they finish.
- Repeat back three details you heard.
- Ask one calm question before suggesting a next step.
